Chris’s interest in photographing landscapes is derived mainly from his love of the natural world, the same love that led him to choose geology as a profession. I have been attempting nature photography for just over 2 years, focusing on birds, butterflies, and dragonflies—I find plant close up and landscape photography interesting as well. All of the insect photographs are of active insects, not staged, captive shots.
